We're seeking a 
Travel Ticketing Staff
 who could provide exceptional customer service, handle complex ticketing, and deliver a seamless booking experience.

Responsibilities
:

  • Support Ticketing & Reservation, domestic & international.
  • Resolving any ticketing-related issues or inquiries.
  • Monitoring and updating airline schedules, fares, and availability to offer options to customers.
  • Maintaining accurate and detailed records of all ticketing transactions.
  • Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports on Ticketing & Reservations (daily/weekly/monthly activity reports).

Requirements
:

  • Have a minimum of 2 years' experience in the field of Ticketing & Reservation with a good record.
  • Familiar with and have knowledge of Domestic and International, Reissued, Rebooking, Refund, and Cancelation.
  • Proficient in using computerised reservation systems and office productivity software.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to handle complaints.
  • Proficiency in office software.
