As a leading OTA business, is expanding its offerings with the launch of tiketplus. This new product, operated under our sister company PT Promoland Indowisata, is seeking a highly motivated MICE Operations Sr Officer to join its dynamic team.

Job Purpose:

MICE Operations Sr Officer is responsible for the expert planning, meticulous coordination, and seamless execution of complex Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions (MICE) activities for corporate and VIP clients across both domestic and international destinations. This role demands advanced organizational skills, proven vendor management capabilities, and a proactive and strategic approach to ensuring flawless and impactful MICE events that consistently exceed client expectations.

Your main duties in flying with us:

  • Manage all operational aspects of complex domestic and international MICE events.
  • Handle diverse and complex MICE activity requests from corporate and VIP clients.
  • Advise clients on event formats, venues, logistics, and suppliers.
  • Manage all logistical needs for MICE events, including venue bookings, catering, AV setups, transportation, accommodation, and other event services.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure flawless and timely execution of event plans.
  • Cultivate vendor partnerships, negotiate contracts, and ensure service delivery meets client expectations and budgetary requirements.
  • Oversee on-site event execution, manage logistics, ensure vendor performance, and address operational challenges.
  • Manage event budgets to ensure cost control.
  • Track event expenses and provide budget updates.
  • Prepare post-event financial reports and analysis.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key clients, understanding their MICE event needs.
  • Act as the main contact for complex client inquiries, providing proactive communication and solutions.
  • Ensure all client event details and agreements are documented, communicated, and executed flawlessly.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety regulations for MICE operations and vendor activities.
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with MICE events.

Mandatory belongings that you must prepare:

  • Minimum Diploma, Bachelor's preferred.
  • 4+ years MICE operations, event planning, or similar.
  • Advanced event management, vendor sourcing, logistics.
  • Domestic, international MICE destinations, venues, suppliers.
  • Open to involves periodic business travel for site inspections and events, necessitating flexibility in scheduling to meet project timelines.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, interpersonal skills.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, manage multiple projects, deadlines.
