We are looking for a passionate and detail oriented Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Operational Sr Officer to join our CRM Operation & Development Division at our Head Office. This role is responsible for executing end to end campaign management activities from preparing content, targeting customers, launching campaigns, monitoring performance, to providing analytical reports.

You will handle campaigns through omni-channel and digital platforms such as WhatsApp, email, and push notifications. The position also involves collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, as well as managing operational CRM tasks such as consumer data updates, merchandise management, and related workflows.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Statistics, Mathematics, or Communication with minimum 2 years of relevant experience in CRM or digital marketing.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint and familiar with CRM Tools and Digital Marketing Tools.
  • Strong understanding of Campaign Management and good communication and analytical skills.
