Job Description:
Coordinate with Customer Support Team and other commercial stakeholders by clarifying the customer's complaintProvide technical support and win-win solution to customers for any issues that arise with the use of our productsCoordinate with Product and Engineering Team to resolve product problemsRequirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree Information System, Computer Science, or equivalentFresh graduates are welcome to applyHave basic knowledge in HR Software and/or HR Information SystemKnowledge in Tax will be a plus pointFamiliar with Database & HR product will be a plus pointProficient in English (both written and spoken)Good analytical and problem-solving skillsWhat You Will Get:
