Responsibilities: - Assisting with product implementation, demos, and training sessions on cloud -based platforms (e.g., Zoho). - Providing support through email and chat for technical inquiries and issue resolution. - Diagnosing and resolving basic application/platform issues with guidance from senior team members. - Analyzing user needs and assisting in providing tailored solutions within cloud -based environments. - Understanding client requirements and mapping them with cloud platform capabilities under supervision. - Handling ad hoc tasks to support various technical initiatives and projects within a cloud -based context.Requirements Ideal Candidate: - Recent graduate or student pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields. - Familiarity with cloud -based platforms (e.g., Zoho), CRM systems, Excel, email domains, and basic IT concepts (Preferrable) - Knowledge of HTML and JavaScript to support web -based configurations and integrations. - Strong problem -solving skills and a keen interest in technology. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. - Ability to work collaboratively in a team and eagerness to learn and grow. - Previous exposure to customer support or technical troubleshooting is a plus.Benefits Benefits: - Salary - Project Bonus - WFH Scheme
