Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a
Performance Marketing & CRM Lead
based in Jakarta, Indonesia. The Performance Marketing & CRM Lead will be responsible for driving growth through paid media and data-driven funnel strategies. The role focuses on managing and optimizing Meta Ads and TikTok Ads campaigns, building acquisition funnels from ads to WhatsApp, and overseeing CRM systems to ensure effective lead management from first contact to conversion.

The position also plays a key role in analyzing performance data, preparing weekly reports, and continuously improving cost efficiency and conversion rates for a high-ticket dental implant service.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in performance marketing or digital growth roles
  • Hands-on experience with WhatsApp funnels and basic CRM systems
  • Strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset
  • Experience handling high-ticket products is a strong advantage
  • Excellent problem-solving and strategic thinking abilities
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with sales, customer service, and medical teams
