Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Performance Marketing located in Jakarta, Indonesia. The role involves planning, executing, and optimizing marketing campaigns to drive brand performance and business growth. Responsibilities include performing market research, crafting marketing strategies, analyzing campaign performance, and ensuring outstanding customer engagement and service. Collaboration with cross-functional teams and staying updated on digital marketing trends will also be key aspects of this role.

Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of experience managing multi-channel paid campaigns (Google, Meta, TikTok).
  • Strong analytical capability: GA4, Looker Studio, attribution models, and funnel metrics (CPA, ROAS, CVR).
  • Skilled in A/B testing, experimentation, and continuous optimization.
  • Highly detail-oriented in budgeting and campaign setup; data-driven decision making.
  • Solid understanding of creative strategy and landing page optimization.
  • Collaborative, fast in execution, and able to communicate insights clearly.
  • Familiarity with AI tools and platforms is an advantage.
