Job Description :
  • Maintain employee data to ensure all information is valid and up to date.
  • Manage recruitment processes, including CV screening, initial interviews, and interview schedule coordination.
  • Handle HR administrative tasks such as employment contracts, attendance, leave, and performance evaluations.
  • Communicate and coordinate with other departments and external parties.
  • Handle licensing matters, communication with local government (PEMDA), environmental issues, and plant operational matters.
  • Manage operational needs such as office supplies, uniforms, office equipment, and company inventory.
  • Coordinate cleaning services, security, and basic occupational health and safety (OHS) activities.
