We are currently looking for a Payroll Staff to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing payroll operations on behalf of our clients using the SunFish payroll system. As a Payroll Staff, you will work closely with clients to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing through our proprietary system. This position blends payroll expertise with client service, requiring strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a solid understanding of payroll systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform end-to-end payroll processing using the SunFish system
- Ensure payroll inputs (attendance, overtime, tax, BPJS, etc.) are accurate and submitted on time.
- Provide client support regarding payroll system usage, issues, and best practices.
- Generate and review payroll reports to ensure accuracy and regulatory compliance.
- Collaborate with internal teams and clients to ensure smooth payroll operations.
- Maintain a high level of data integrity and confidentiality at all times.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accountancy or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in payroll processing or a related HR function.
- Hands-on experience with HRIS/payroll systems, with a strong understanding of functionality and system integration.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written) – essential for client communication.
- Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and a proactive problem-solver.
- Preferably at staff level (non-management & non-supervisory).
- Willing to work on-site with the client.
