Role Overview:

As the Head of Operations, you will drive operational excellence across the company's core functions—from product development to supply chain and HR. Reporting directly to the COO, you'll lead key initiatives to streamline systems, elevate service standards, and accelerate business performance. This role is ideal for a high-energy leader who thrives in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage three core teams:

    • Warehouse & Supply Chain (SCM, Warehouse Supervisor, Admin)

    • Product Development (PD Manager, Staff, Admin)

    • HR & General Affairs

  • Oversee end-to-end operations with a focus on organizational transformation, process improvement, and sales expansion.

  • Build and implement effective systems, SOPs, and scalable business models across departments.

  • Drive continuous improvement projects leveraging Lean Six Sigma methodologies (Yellow/Green Belt certification required).

  • Apply data-driven decision-making for operations, including demand planning and strategic optimization.

  • Champion service excellence and ensure a high standard of customer satisfaction.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally and lead organizational change initiatives.

Must-Have Criteria:

  • Industry background – 10–15 years of experience in the FMCG sector, with a strong preference for candidates experienced in both local and multinational environments.

  • Leadership – Proven track record in managing multi-disciplinary teams and directly leading managers.

  • Education – Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering with a GPA above 3.00.

  • Lean Six Sigma – Certified Yellow or Green Belt with real-world application experience.

  • Operational Strength – Deep understanding of supply chain fundamentals, SOP design, and demand planning.

  • People-Oriented – Inspirational leader with excellent interpersonal skills and a passion for team development.
