Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Engineer based in Surabaya coverage East Java - Central Java area. The Sales Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support, engaging with customers to understand their needs, and offering solutions. Day-to-day tasks will include presentation, product demonstrations, assisting in the design of custom solutions, and collaborating with the marketing team to managed
customer
database. The role also involves maintaining strong customer relationships and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Sales Engineering and Technical skills
  • Strong Communication and Customer Service abilities
  • Experience in Sales and a proactive sales approach
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to understand technical products
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
  • The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
  • Previous experience in the industrial automation industry is a plus
