Syarat :
- Wajib memiliki minimum 2 tahun pengalaman sebagai Field Sales Engineer khususnya di bidang Instrumentasi, Elektrikal, dan Mechanical (Rotating).
- Wajib memiliki keadaan fisik sehat dan tidak mengganggu mobilitas ke kantor dan site customer.
- Wajib memiliki inisiatif sendiri dan semangat yang tinggi untuk CREATE pekerjaan dengan customer lama maupun yang baru.
- Wajib memiliki skill komunikasi yang baik dan percaya diri jika bertemu dengan customer.
- Wajib memiliki kepribadian yang baik, sopan, dan mengutamakan kepentingan customer.
- Wajib memiliki mindset sebagai sales (jumlah penjualan mendorong pendapatan). BUKAN AFTER SALES.
- Wajib memiliki kendaraan roda empat sendiri (pribadi).
- Wajib memiliki laptop sendiri (pribadi) dengan software MS. Excel, MS. Word, MS. Powerpoint, MS. Outlook, Adobe Reader / Acrobat.
- Diutamakan dengan lulusan S1 Teknik / Engineering dan kandidat lokal.
Kewajiban :
- Melakukan daily sales visit ke site customer untuk menawarkan produk dan demo produk (minimal dua customer dalam satu hari, AM dan PM).
- Membuat janji kunjungan dengan customer untuk sales visit dan presentasi produk.
- Rajin dan berinisiatif menanyakan kontak referensi dari customer jika sales yang bersangkutan sudah berada di site customer.
- Mapping target perusahaan potensial dalam area sales coverage.
- Giat dan rajin mencari kontak person-in-charge (PIC) pada suatu perusahaan baik secara online maupun offline.
- Menjalin komunikasi dengan kantor pusat Jakarta untuk keperluan sales support (technical support dan administration support).
- Bekerja sepenuh hati untuk mencapai atau melebihi target penjualan.
- Selalu mencatat inti dari sesi meeting dengan customer untuk keperluan Sales Call Report (Mandatory).
- Mengirimkan Weekly Sales Call Report (SCR) paling lambat hari Senin untuk laporan minggu sebelumnya.
- Mengirimkan Weekly Sales Planning (SP) paling lambat hari Senin untuk laporan minggu terkini.
