Responsibilities:

  • Assist and support all Account Managers in daily sales operations (South Kalimantan area).
  • Create, prepare, and manage sales proposals and presentations.
  • Conduct engaging training sessions for teachers on LearningRoom platforms.
  • Ensuring activation rate in the area meets company standards.
  • Collect, manage, and analyze sales data; conduct market research to support strategy and expansion.
  • Provide operational support for sales activities in
    B2G
    sectors.
  • Conduct research and planning for new area expansion initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Communication, Education, or a related field.
  • 2–3 years of experience in sales support, customer success, or a related role.
  • Strong communication and
    public speaking skills
    for training and presentations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and/or Google Workspace.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and administrative abilities.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to engage with teachers, schools, and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong English proficiency (written and spoken).
