What You'll Be Doing:
- Convert Leads into Consultations - introduce Genstarkids to potential parents and invite them for a trial class
- Turn Consultations into Enrollments – Guide parents through the decision-making process and close sales by showcasing how Genstarkids can support their child's learning journey.
- Drive Engagement at Booths & Events – Represent Genstarkids at booths & school fairs to generate leads.
What We're Looking For:
- Money-Oriented & Sales-Driven – Highly motivated by income potential and skilled in converting leads into enrollments.
- Passionate About Kids & Education – Enthusiastic about children's learning and able to build trust with parents.
- Persuasive Communicator – Persuasive in explaining value & handling objections.
- Event & Activation Experience – Comfortable engaging families at booths & activations.
- Weekend Availability – Must be willing to work on weekends when needed.
