We're Hiring: Learning Advisor

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Guide Families Through Enrollment – Support parents in completing the enrollment process, ensuring accuracy and a smooth transition for their children.
  • Drive Membership Renewals – Engage with families to highlight the benefits of continued learning and encourage membership renewals.
  • Coordinate Events & Activities – Manage scheduling and logistics for student activities, workshops, and events to enhance engagement and retention.

What We're Looking For:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Psychology. Freshgraduates are welcome
  • Customer-Centric Mindset – Strong interpersonal skills to engage and assist parents in making informed decisions.
  • Sales & Retention Skills – Ability to consult, persuade, and encourage renewals by demonstrating program value.
  • Organizational Excellence – Experience in handling administrative tasks, scheduling, and event coordination with attention to detail.
