Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be primarily responsible for documentation, expense management, and critical administrative coordination.

1.
Documentation and Financial Data Management

  • Prepare and ensure vendor invoices comply with agreements.
  • Review and prepare vendor payments, including execution via e-banking.
  • Ensure accurate and timely financial data entry into relevant systems.
  • Create a recap of RTS Operational payments.
  • Transmit Proof of Transfer / Proof of Payment to respective teams.

2. Expense Monitoring and Analysis Support

  • Monitor and track expenditures, ensuring compliance with budget guidelines.
  • Assist in preparing reports on spending patterns and trends.

3. Communication and Inter-Departmental Coordination

  • Act as the critical liaison between the finance department and other internal teams.
  • Communicate directly with the Bank regarding banking issues.
  • Collaborate with the finance team to gather necessary data for reporting purposes.

4. General Administrative Duties

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the FAT team.
  • Manage calendars, arrange meeting schedules, and handle general administrative tasks.
  • Maintain accurate archiving of documents for all paid transactions and bank-related documents.
