Job Description :

To ensure that External Collection Agencies (ECA) and Field Collection (FC) activities comply with internal policies, OJK regulations, and consumer protection standards, while maintaining high-quality collection performance and behavior.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Quality Monitoring & Audit for ECA and Field Collection

2. Compliance & Risk Control

3. Performance Evaluation & Reporting

4. Vendor & Field Team Monitoring

  • Conduct : On-site audits at ECA offices and Field shadowing with Field Collection if required
  • Ensure: Collectors are properly trained and Valid ID, uniforms, and authorization letters are used

5. Training & Improvement (feedback and coaching ECA and Field Collection

6. Customer Complaint Handling

Qualifications :
  1. Minimum Diploma / Bachelor's degree from any major (Law, Business, Management preferred)
  2. 2–5 years experience in: Collection operations, ECA management, Field collection, QC / Compliance (preferred)
  3. Strong understanding of: Collection flow, ECA management, Field collection operations, Consumer protection regulations
  4. Strong analytical & reporting skills
  5. Detail-oriented & firm in decision making
  6. Able to handle conflict and violations objectively
  7. Good communication & negotiation skills
  8. Proficient in Excel / Google Sheets
  9. Willing to conduct field visits & site audits
  10. Full WFO : Setia budi, Kuningan
