Job Description:
  • Achieve monthly sales targets for car financing disbursements.
  • Actively market financing products to potential customers.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers and end-customers.
  • Provide consultation to customers regarding financing schemes and terms. Collect, verify, and process financing applications, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Conduct field visits to showrooms, dealers, and customers as needed.
  • Coordinate with credit analyst and operations teams to ensure smooth application approvals and disbursements.
  • Follow up on application status and resolve any issues during the process.
  • Monitor existing accounts to ensure timely repayments and maintain good portfolio quality.
  • Provide after-sales support and handle customer or dealer inquiries related to financing.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferably Business, Marketing, Finance, or Economics).
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in credit marketing, sales, or auto-financing (fresh graduates with high motivation are welcome to apply).
  • Strong interest and knowledge in the automotive and finance industry.
  • Sales-driven mindset with strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Target-oriented and able to work under pressure.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word).
  • Owns a motorcycle or car with a valid SIM C or SIM A for mobility.
  • Willing to work full-time from the office and frequently visit partners in the field.
