We're looking for a
Marketing Officer
to support our projects from start to finish; managing timelines, coordinating with teams, and keeping documentation organized. You'll also handle customer requests and assist with billing processes. If you're detail-oriented and love keeping things on track, we'd love to work with you

Job Scope:

  • Develop and maintain timelines for all ongoing projects.
  • Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure the completeness and accuracy of project documentation.
  • Collect records and promptly inform the Marketing team regarding customer requests, inquiries, and complaints for follow-up actions.
  • Ensure all administrative requirements, including letters and related documents, are handled promptly and accurately.
  • Collaborate with the Finance department to support billing processes related to project terms.
  • Maintain the completeness and accuracy of documents for each project.
  • Ensure partner-related documentation is complete and properly organized for each fiscal year.
  • Maintain neat, accurate, and well-organized project documentation.
  • Carry out any other tasks assigned by management as needed.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Accounting, Management, or Law from a reputable university.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Previous experience in administrative work is an advantage.
  • Proficient in English, both written and verbal.
  • Willing to be placed in Central Jakarta.
