The Freelance Marketing Officer will be responsible for supporting various marketing initiatives across multiple channels, including digital marketing campaigns, social media management, and content creation. This role offers flexibility and the opportunity to work collaboratively with internal teams to enhance brand visibility and engagement.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans aligned with organizational goals for company.
  • Maintain and enhance the brand image of company through consistent messaging and visual identity.
  • Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, SEP and PPC platforms.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs and competitor analysis.
  • Campaign management; plan, execute and evaluate marketing campaigns, ensuring they are on budget and meet performance targets.
  • Customer engagement; develop and manage customer relationship management (CRM) initiatives to enhance client engagement and retention.
  • Performance tracking; monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing activities and adjust strategies as needed to optimize results.
  • Collaboration; work closely with the sales and operations teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
Requirements
  • Minimum Associate Degree (D3) in business or a related field.
  • Having relevant certification (e.g., Digital Marketing, Content Marketing ) is a plus.
  • Minimum 3 – 5 years of experience in marketing, preferably within real estate, or related sectors.
  • Proven track record in managing successful marketing campaigns.
