Position Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Freelance Performance Marketing Operations professional to support the day-to-day execution of our marketing campaigns. In this role, you will ensure that promo activities, digital ads, and scheduled content run smoothly, accurately, and on time. You will work closely with the marketing and creative teams to manage campaign setups, track performance pacing, and maintain operational accuracy across all marketing channels.

Responsibilities

  • Execute and set up promo campaigns across multiple digital channels.
  • Monitor daily ad performance to ensure campaigns are live, running as planned, and staying within budget.
  • Track pacing and spending to prevent overspend or underspend.
  • Ensure all scheduled marketing content is uploaded and published on time.
  • Maintain campaign tracking sheets, reporting logs, and status updates.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to support swift and accurate campaign execution.
  • Troubleshoot operational issues in campaigns and escalate when needed.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in Digital Marketing, Ads Operations, or Marketing Operations.
  • Familiarity with major ad platforms such as Meta Ads, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads.
  • Strong attention to detail and high responsiveness in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable working with numbers, pacing checks, and budget tracking.
  • Ability to manage tight deadlines, fast execution cycles, and last-minute adjustments.
  • Strong organizational skills and proficiency in maintaining structured tracking sheets (e.g., Excel/Google Sheets).
  • Willing to work on-site in Jakarta Pusat.
