About the role

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Branch Manager to oversee our West Java operations for PT Yongwang Electronics Indonesia, a leading electronics manufacturer. As the Branch Manager, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our West Java Branch, ensuring its continued success and growth. This is a full-time position based in Bandung.

What you'll be doing

  • Providing effective leadership and direction to the West Java branch team
  • Developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue growth
  • Managing the branch's operational and financial performance, including budgeting and cost control
  • Identifying and capitalising on new business opportunities within the region
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with key customers and partners
  • Ensuring compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies
  • Fostering a positive and collaborative work environment
  • Reporting on branch performance and providing recommendations to senior management

What we're looking for

  • Substantial experience (8+ years) in a sales management or branch management role, preferably within the electronics or manufacturing industry
  • Proven track record of driving sales, revenue, and profitability growth
  • Excellent leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
  • Strong financial management skills, including budgeting, cost control, and performance reporting
  • Highly adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field
  • Must be able to speak English, can speak mandarin a plus
