Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Area Sales Manager located in Bandung. The Area Sales Manager will oversee sales activities within the assigned region, ensuring targets are met or exceeded. Responsibilities include developing and implementing sales strategies, managing a sales team, building and maintaining strong relationships with customers and distribution partners, and analyzing market trends to identify growth opportunities. The role involves ensuring adequate product availability by coordinating logistics and inventory, while driving brand presence and market share in the region.

  • Strong Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation abilities
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed business decisions
  • Proven track record in achieving or exceeding sales targets
  • Experience in the FMCG or dairy industry is a strong advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Marketing, or a related field
  • Willingness to travel within the designated region as needed
