About the role

As the Overseas Sales Area Manager at PT.ATEJA TRITUNGGAL', you will be responsible for leading and driving the sales performance of an export area. This full-time role is critical to achieving the company's sales objectives and growth strategy.

What you'll be doing

  • Developing and executing effective sales strategies to acquire new customers and retain existing ones
  • Managing and mentoring a team of sales representatives to ensure they reach their individual and collective targets
  • Analyzing sales data and market trends to identify opportunities and implement targeted sales initiatives
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders
  • Collaborating cross-functionally with other departments to support the overall business objectives
  • Providing regular performance reports and contributing to the company's sales planning process

What we're looking for

  • Min. Bachelor Degree (S1) of any major
  • Min. GPA = 3,00
  • Must hold a driving license (SIM A)
  • Fluent in English both oral & written
  • Good interpersonal communication and managerial skills
  • Fresh graduate and final year college students are welcome
