Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with EIA agent and environmental consultants for UKL-UPL/AMDAL, SPPL, Pertek BMAL/BME, TPS LB3, and other licenses.
  • Prepare, process, and renew environmental permits through OSS RBA, SIMPEL, and DLH systems.
  • Maintain digital and physical archives of environmental documents and reports.
  • Monitor and report environmental test results (air emission, wastewater, noise, and B3 waste).
  • Submit semester and annual environmental reports to DLH and KLHK, and also maintain compliance with all related environmental reporting requirements.
  • Support internal HSE programs (5R/5S, fire safety, PPE control, waste segregation, emergency drills).
  • Prepare documentation for ISO 14001, SMK3, and supplier compliance audits.
  • Liaise with DLH, KLHK, Kemenperin, and PUPR for inspections, site verification, or environmental hearings.
  • Develop internal tracking systems for permit validity and compliance deadlines.
  • Collaborate with HRGA and Production teams to ensure environmental requirements are met during factory expansion.
Qualification Requirements
  • Certified in Environmental Management (PLH) or HSE K3.
  • Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Environmental Engineering, Environmental Science, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
  • Min. 3 years of experience in environmental permit handling or consulting, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
  • Experience in industrial site audits, factory permit renewals, or working in an environmental consulting firm is an advantage.
  • Good knowledge of AMDAL, UKL-UPL, SPPL, and PERTEK procedures.
  • Familiar with OSS RBA, SIINAS, SIMPEL, and environmental commitment submission systems.
  • Understanding of waste management (B3/TPS LB3) and emission standards.
  • Fluent in English (both spoken and written) is a MUST
  • Strong communication, coordination, and attention to detail skills; proactive and responsible for regulatory deadlines.
  • Willing to be assigned between Mojokerto, Pasuruan, and Jombang as required.
