Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's Degree in Environmental Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Occupational Health & Safety.
  • Minimum 5 years experience in HSE (automotive/manufacturing preferred).
  • Must hold a valid "AK3 Umum" certification
  • ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 experience is preferred
  • Fire Safety / First Aid certificates are a plus
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Willing to be placed in Demak and can join immediately.

Job Description :

  • Develop and implement company HSE programs and policies.
  • Conduct hazard identification, risk assessment, and risk control (HIRADC) across all operational areas.
  • Lead HSE inspections, audits, and employee safety training.
  • Investigate incidents and ensure preventive actions are taken.
  • Manage environmental compliance (waste, emissions, housekeeping).
  • Ensure compliance with ISO 45001, ISO 14001, and government regulations.
  • Coordinate with government agencies and internal departments on HSE matters.
