We are seeking an experienced HSE Staff to join our client, a global tire manufacturer in China, founded in 2002, produces high-quality, affordable tires for passenger vehicles, trucks, and buses. In this role, you will ensure product compliance with national and international standards, oversee quality assurance processes, and lead continuous improvement initiatives within our manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and enforce compliance with local, state, and federal safety regulations.
  • Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify potential hazards and unsafe practices.
  • Develop and implement safety policies and procedures to promote a safe work environment.
  • Organize and conduct safety training programs for employees at all levels.
  • Provide guidance and support to ensure understanding and adherence to safety protocols.
  • Foster a culture of safety awareness and accountability throughout the organization.
  • Investigate accidents, near misses, and other safety-related incidents.
  • Analyze root causes and recommend corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
  • Maintain accurate records of incidents and safety performance metrics.
  • Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and permits.
  • Develop and implement environmental management systems and initiatives.

Key Qualifications:

  • Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Public Health (or equivalent).
  • Holds a General Occupation Health and Safety (K3) Certificate, SMK3, ISO 45001.
  • Min. 1 year of experience in HSE/K3 roles.
  • Proactive, and communicative, with leadership skills.
  • Proficiency in English & Mandarin.
