Position: HR Supervisor (HSE)

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Occupational Health & Safety, or Environmental Health
  • Certified in AK3 Umum or POP (required)
  • SMKP Minerba certification (preferred)
  • Certified Internal K3 Auditor
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in HSE within the mining industry
  • Strong skills in reporting, inspections, and risk analysis
  • Communicative with strong leadership abilities
  • Willing to be placed in Halmahera Timur and Central Sulawesi

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and evaluate HSE work programs
  • Prepare and submit HSE program progress reports to management
  • Ensure all HSE procedures are implemented according to company SOPs
  • Ensure the availability and proper use of PPE based on job requirements
  • Coordinate HSE training, induction sessions, and ID Permit/SIMPER renewals
  • Ensure proper installation and monitoring of safety signage in work areas
  • Conduct routine workplace inspections and follow up on findings
  • Lead incident investigations and provide corrective action recommendations
  • Prepare and socialize HIRA, JSA, and SOP documents to relevant team
