We're Hiring HR Training & People Development (Mandarin Speaker)

The HR Training & Development (Mandarin Speaker) is responsible for supporting employee training and competency development in a smelter factory environment. This role focuses on coordinating technical and smelter safety-related training programs while providing Mandarin–Indonesian translation support for operational training, meetings, and daily site communication. The position plays a key role in strengthening workforce capability, compliance, and operational effectiveness within the smelter facility.

Work Location: Site North Morowali

Job Requirements
  • Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Education, Mandarin Studies, Management, or related fields.
  • Fluent in Mandarin (spoken and written) is mandatory.
  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in HR Training & Development, preferably in industrial, manufacturing, or smelter environments.
  • Good understanding of industrial safety, operational processes, or site-based training is an advantage.
  • Strong communication, coordination, and presentation skills.
  • Able to work effectively in a site-based and fast-paced environment.
  • Willing to work and be placed at a smelter / site location.
Job Responsibilities
  • Plan, coordinate, and implement training and development programs for smelter operations, including safety, technical, and operational training.
  • Prepare training materials, schedules, attendance records, and training documentation in accordance with company standards.
  • Provide oral and written translation between Mandarin and Indonesian for training sessions, toolbox meetings, and operational communications.
  • Support onboarding and induction programs for new employees at the smelter site.
  • Coordinate with site management, HSE, and department heads to identify training needs and competency gaps.
  • Evaluate training effectiveness and prepare regular training reports.
  • Support the implementation and improvement of Training & Development systems, SOPs, and policies.
  • Ensure training activities comply with company regulations, safety standards, and applicable laws.
  • Perform other HR and site-related duties as assigned by the supervisor.
