Deskripsi Kerja Human Resource (HR)
1. Rekrutmen & Seleksi
  • Mengidentifikasi kebutuhan tenaga kerja bersama tiap departemen.
  • Membuat dan memasang iklan lowongan pekerjaan.
  • Menyaring CV, melakukan wawancara awal, dan mengoordinasikan proses seleksi.
  • Mengelola proses onboarding karyawan baru.
2. Administrasi & Manajemen Data Karyawan
  • Mengelola data karyawan (absensi, kontrak, cuti, dokumen personal).
  • Menyusun dan memperbarui peraturan perusahaan.
  • Menangani proses perpanjangan kontrak, mutasi, promosi, dan pemutusan hubungan kerja (PHK).
3. Pengembangan & Pelatihan SDM
  • Mengidentifikasi kebutuhan pelatihan dan pengembangan kompetensi.
  • Menyusun program training internal maupun eksternal.
  • Mengevaluasi efektivitas pelatihan.
4. Hubungan Industrial & Kepatuhan
  • Menangani hubungan perusahaan dengan karyawan dan serikat pekerja.
  • Mengelola penyelesaian konflik atau perselisihan kerja.
  • Memastikan kepatuhan terhadap peraturan ketenagakerjaan.
5. Kompensasi & Benefit
  • Mengelola struktur gaji, tunjangan, dan benefit.
  • Menghitung payroll dan memastikan pembayaran tepat waktu.
  • Mengelola BPJS Ketenagakerjaan dan BPJS Kesehatan.
6. Budaya Organisasi & Kinerja
  • Menyusun dan mengimplementasikan penilaian kinerja (performance appraisal).
  • Mengembangkan budaya kerja yang positif dan produktif.
