Job Descriptions :

  • Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies using social media, recruitment agencies, and hospitality networks.
  • Organize regular training sessions on service excellence, leadership, and hospitality standards.
  • Ensure compliance with Indonesian labor laws, BPJS Health & Employment programs, and local regulations.
  • Maintain effective communication between management and staff.
  • Contribute to strategic workforce planning and HR initiatives that support business growth.

Requirements :

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A master's degree is preferred.
  • Proven experience (3 years) as an HR Manager or similar role (preferably in hospitality industry).
  • Familiarity with HRIS systems and other HR-related software applications..
  • Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and maintain a high level of integrity.
  • Strong understanding of various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compensation and benefits.
  • Fluent in English is a MUST.
