Job Duties  and Responsibilities :

-   Develop and implement of HR Strategies aligned with the overall business goals.  This involves creating plans to enhance employee performance, engagement, and career growth

  • Responsible for managing the entire employee lifecycle. This includes recruitment, selection, training, performance evaluation and career development

  • Identify training needs and create program to enhance skills

  • Crafting and updating policies such as job descriptions, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)

-   Ensure Compliance with Indonesian Labor Laws and regulations.

  • Uphold discipline and issue warning letters to Employees who violate the Company Regulations and ensure corrective action is taken

  • Involved in drafting and updating employment contracts

-  Serve as a contact of HR-related employee issues

-  Coordinate and maintain good relation with external parties such as community around company location, government and business partners.

  • Prepare HR Metrics and reports for the Board of Directors

  • Analyze data to identify trends and develop action plan
