Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Team Lead, located in Jakarta, Indonesia. The Sales Team Lead will be responsible for managing and guiding a team of sales professionals to achieve business targets. Key tasks include developing sales strategies, overseeing team performance, analyzing sales data, providing customer service excellence, and ensuring effective communication within the team. The role also involves mentoring team members, setting goals, and ensuring alignment with company objectives.

Qualifications

  • Strong Team Management and Leadership skills to guide and motivate a sales team effectively.
  • Experienced in Sales and adept in devising strategies to meet targets and grow business opportunities.
  • Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to foster relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Proficient Analytical Skills to evaluate sales data, trends, and performance metrics.
  • A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is an advantage.
