Role Overview

We are looking for a full time creative producer who understands both TikTok and high performing ad creatives for Meta. This role combines short form content creation with performance focused image and video asset production. The ideal profile understands trends, captures attention in the first seconds, uses emotional triggers and knows how to turn ideas into viral content.

Test Assignment for All Applicants

Before the interview stage, every applicant completes one creative task.

You will be given one of our apps and asked to produce two items:

  1. A TikTok style viral video created with Sora 2
  2. An image ad asset created with Gemini Nano Banana

Responsibilities

  1. Produce daily TikTok videos for our apps using filmed content and AI tools
  2. Create Meta ad images and video assets aimed at high click through and conversion
  3. Research trends on TikTok and identify strong hooks for our niches
  4. Apply storytelling, pacing and emotional hooks to boost retention
  5. Edit videos with fast, engaging structure
  6. Follow briefs from the marketing team and transform them into strong output
  7. Deliver content with consistent quality and reliability

Tools You Will Use

  1. Sora 2 for advanced AI driven TikTok style videos
  2. Gemini Nano Banana for image ads
  3. CapCut or Premiere for editing
  4. TikTok Creative Center for trend research
  5. Notion and Slack for tasks and communication

Requirements

  1. Based in Jakarta and able to work remotely full time
  2. Solid understanding of TikTok culture, trends and UGC style formats
  3. Proven experience producing short form videos
  4. Ability to craft strong hooks and emotional storytelling
  5. Comfortable using AI tools or willing to learn fast
  6. Able to work in a fast paced environment
  7. Creative mindset and able to generate fresh ideas daily
