G2G PET Indonesia adalah perusahaan makanan dan perlengkapan hewan peliharaan yang telah berkembang selama 2 tahun dengan jaringan agen di berbagai wilayah Indonesia. Kami fokus memperkuat distribusi offline melalui agen & toko serta meningkatkan repeat order dan sales-out di level toko.

Ringkasan Posisi

Anda akan bertanggung jawab untuk mengelola hubungan mitra/agen, mendorong repeat order, serta membantu dan mengawasi aktivitas sales-out agen ke toko-toko (petshop, poultry, toko hewan). Posisi ini bersifat mobile — banyak kunjungan lapangan, koordinasi lintas kota, dan laporan yang rapi ke tim sales & logistik.

Tanggung Jawab Utama:

  • Kunjungan rutin ke agen, sub-mitra, dan toko tujuan (target harian/mingguan).
  • Mendorong repeat order dari agen dan membantu agen meningkatkan sales-out ke toko
  • Mapping/identifikasi toko potensial baru dan re-aktivasi toko inaktif.
  • Negosiasi harga/penempatan produk di toko (shelf management / display).
  • Menangani keluhan mitra/toko awal, eskalasi ke internal bila diperlukan.
  • Membuat laporan harian/weekly yang akurat: kunjungan, order, stok, omset, piutang, kompetitor, feedback.
  • Koordinasi dengan back office untuk pengiriman dan stok.
  • Bekerja sama dengan tim marketing untuk pelaksanaan promosi di lapangan.
  • Mencapai target penjualan dan KPI area yang ditetapkan.

Kualifikasi (Wajib & Diutamakan)

  • Berpengalaman
  • Siap mobile — sering kunjungan lapangan ke toko, agen, dan distributor.
  • Terbiasa bekerja dengan target & KPI.
  • Mampu membuat laporan yang rapi, tepat waktu, dan dapat dipercaya.
  • Memiliki laptop sendiri (untuk laporan & presentasi).
  • Memiliki SIM A (diutamakan).
  • Komunikatif, gesit, dan problem solver.
  • Pengalaman membina agen/distributor dan mendorong sales-out.
  • Pengetahuan merchandising/shelf management.
