We are looking for a proactive, people-oriented, and fluent-in-English HR Officer (Apprentice) to join our People & Development team. This role is perfect for fresh graduates who love connecting with people, pay attention to details, and want to grow in a dynamic aviation environment.

What will you do:

  • Provide administrative and coordination support for Compensation & Benefits (C&B), including HR documentation and benefit activities.
  • Assist with BPJS (Health & Employment), insurance, and housing vendor administration.
  • Handle employee inquiries related to HR policies, benefits, and general matters — always with a helpful and caring attitude.
  • Coordinate interviews: scheduling, candidate communication, and preparing interview materials.
  • Support training programs — from arranging venues to collecting feedback.
  • Help organize performance review activities and ensure completion tracking.
  • Assist with expatriate document processing (visa, work permit) and liaise with external vendors.
  • Maintain organized HR records and support day-to-day HR operations with energy and initiative.

What we are looking for:

  • Fresh-graduate (Bachelor's in HR Management, Psychology, English Literature or Business Administration).
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written), confident in communicating with local and international stakeholders.
  • Active, approachable, and caring personality. Someone who enjoys supporting others and being the go-to person.
  • Detail-oriented and eager to learn the full scope of HR operations.
  • Able to work both independently and as part of a team.
