Tugas & Tanggung Jawab :

  1. Menyusun dan memposting iklan lowongan pada platform rekrutmen
  2. Melakukan screening CV sesuai kualifikasi.
  3. Melakukan initial interview dan menjadwalkan interview dengan user.
  4. Mengelola proses administrasi kandidat (tes, penawaran kerja, kontrak).
  5. Melakukan reference check kandidat sebelum hiring.
  6. Menginput data karyawan ke sistem HR/administrasi perusahaan.
  7. Menyiapkan dan mengelola berkas personal karyawan (hardcopy/softcopy).
  8. Mengelola absensi (daily check), lembur, cuti, dan data kehadiran karyawan.

Kualifikasi :

  1. Pendidikan minimal D3/S1 Semua jurusan (diutamakan Psikologi / HRM / Hukum).
  2. Pengalaman minimal 1 tahun di HR Recruitment & Administration (fresh graduate dipertimbangkan untuk posisi junior).
  3. Mampu melakukan proses recruitment end-to-end.
  4. Menguasai administrasi HR: kontrak karyawan, absensi, BPJS (nilai plus).
  5. Mampu mengoperasikan MS Office / Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Drive).
