A F&B Group in Bali is looking for a talented and enthusiastic Head of Sales (Full-time)

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement annual and quarterly sales plans across all Company brands, aligned with overall business objectives and revenue targets
  • Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitive landscape and new business opportunities
  • Analyze sales performance data and market insights to continuously refine strategies and optimize results
  • Proactively identify and secure new corporate accounts, tour operators, event organizers, wedding planners and other revenue-generating partners
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients, agencies and strategic partners
  • Represent the Company at industry events, trade shows and networking activities
  • Develop, manage, and maintain an organized client database and CRM system
  • Drive MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, Exhibitions) and group bookings across all Company venues
  • Actively promote and sell private dining experiences, catering services, special events and venue buyouts
  • Set clear individual and team sales targets and conduct regular performance evaluations
  • Work closely with Restaurant Managers, Executive Chefs and the Marketing team to ensure smooth execution of sales initiatives and high guest satisfaction
  • Provide market feedback, customer insights and competitive intelligence to management to support product and service development

Requirements:

  • Proven at least 5 years of  working experience as a Head of Sales similar role within Hospitality Industry
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English
  • Strong track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation and communication skills
  • Strong analytical abilities with experience using sales data to drive strategic decisions
  • Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
