Role and Responsibilities

·       Supervise and manage electrical installation, maintenance, and commissioning activities at the site.

·       Ensure all electrical works comply with project specifications, drawings, and industry standards.

·       Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and site personnel to ensure smooth workflow and adherence to project timelines.

·       Conduct site inspections and resolve any technical issues in collaboration with the engineering team.

·       Monitor and enforce compliance with safety regulations, conducting risk assessments as required.

·       Maintain accurate documentation of project progress, materials, and labor usage.

·       Report project status, issues, and solutions to the Project Manager regularly.

·       Ensure proper testing and commissioning of electrical systems before project handover.

·      Train and guide site workers on best practices and safety procedures

Qualifications and Education Requirements

  • Professional Certificate in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum 5-10 years of experience in electrical site supervision, preferably in construction.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical systems, power distribution, and lighting systems.
  • Familiarity with local building codes, safety standards, and regulations.
  • Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and specifications.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.

Preferred Skills:
