  • At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position (as a Mechanical or Electrical Engineer for mission critical buildings such as DATA CENTER, SERVER ROOM, etc)
  • Required Skill(s): CAD (Computer Aided Design), Ms. Office (mainly Ms. Power Point and Ms. Excel)
  • Diploma degree with more than 3 years' experience is welcome to apply.
  • Independent and possess initiative
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Committed and able to work under pressure
  • English proficiency required
  • Willing to be placed at the project site

Job description:

  • Coordinate site requirements with internal team/Sub-contractors/vendors/customer & other stakeholders
  • Monitor and assess on-site work progress
  • Generate detailed reports on project advancements
  • Provide input to drafters and other team members regarding working drawings (shop drawings)
  • Ensure that on-site work adheres to safety standards
  • Create & Submit method of statement (MOS) and other require document to consultants
  • Ensure job is carried out within budget and schedule
  • Purchase necessary materials as required
  • Completing a job on-time and to customer satisfaction
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly works schedule
  • Conduct Technical Presentation to the client
  • Providing daily work instructions during TBM (Toolbox Meeting)
