Qualifications:

  • MUST 10+ years experience of mechanical engineering in data center construction or similar projects experience
  • Strong understanding of mechanical systems design, installation, and maintenance
  • Proficiency in using engineering software and tools (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit)
  • Deep knowledge of HVAC, cooling, fire suppression, and plumbing systems
  • Understanding of relevant codes and standards (e.g., ASHRAE, NFPA)
  • Familiarity with data center infrastructure and IT equipment

Preferred:

  • Professional certifications in DC Construction
  • Proven track record leading large-scale MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) projects, especially in DATA CENTER Projects
  • Experience coordinating with both local & international stakeholders, vendors, and contractors.
  • Proven ability to lead and mentor multi-disciplinary teams.
  • Problem-solving mindset, able to resolve site issues under time pressure.
  • English speaking skill
