Client EHS Manager (6-Month Fixed Contract)

We're seeking an experienced Client EHS Manager to oversee safe and effective EHS management for a major project. This role ensures full compliance with regulatory requirements, supports contractors on-site, and drives strong safety performance across all project activities.

Key Responsibilities


• Implement and monitor project EHS standards and statutory requirements


• Review high-risk work activities, procedures, and method statements


• Conduct daily site walks, weekly inspections, and periodic compliance audits


• Support incident reporting, investigations, and close-outs


• Identify hazards, assess risks, and recommend effective control measures


• Prepare monthly EHS reports and key performance metrics


• Collaborate closely with contractor teams to ensure safe work execution

Requirements


• Relevant tertiary qualifications in EHS or related field


• Strong experience in construction or facilities-related EHS roles


• Solid understanding of high-risk activities and risk control methodologies


• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills


• Ability to influence stakeholders and uphold safety standards on-site
