HSSE Supervisor

As a multidisciplinary consulting firm in the construction industry, we are seeking an HSSE Supervisor who is not only experienced but also genuinely dedicated to fostering a safe and responsible work culture across our projects.

What You'll Do

• Oversee the implementation and continuous improvement of HSSE management systems in line with ISO 45001, 14001, and company standards.
• Conduct risk assessments, safety audits, and site inspections to ensure all activities comply with regulatory and client requirements.
• Lead safety briefings, trainings, and awareness programs for both office and site teams.
• Collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, and clients to identify practical, preventive solutions for HSSE challenges.
• Monitor incident reports and support root cause analysis to drive long-term improvements.

What We're Looking For

• A bachelor's degree in engineering, occupational health and safety, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of HSSE experience within the construction or consultancy sector.
• Solid understanding of Indonesian HSE regulations and international standards.
• Proven communication and leadership skills to engage teams at all levels.
• A proactive, analytical mindset with a strong sense of accountability and integrity.
