We're looking for a Project Manager who can start immediately.

Manager

Education:

Bachelor's degree (S1) in Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related field.

Experience:

  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Project Manager or in a similar role within IT/software development projects.
  • Proven experience managing multiple projects simultaneously (multi-project handling).

Technical Knowledge:

  • Strong understanding of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle).
  • Familiar with Waterfall and/or Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Able to read and understand basic technical documents (BRD, FSD, API Specs, UAT reports, etc.).

Project Management Tools:

Proficient in tools such as Jira, Trello, Asana, Notion, or Microsoft Project.

Communication:

  • Able to collaborate effectively with internal teams (developers, QA, BAs) and clients (IT/business users).
  • Strong follow-up, coordination, and negotiation skills — including in project billing and administrative matters.

Certifications (a plus):

PMP / CAPM / Agile Certified / Scrum Master.

Experience in banking, finance, or B2B enterprise projects is a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage project timelines, scope, budgets, and risks.
  • Develop and monitor project plans, progress reports, and risk logs.
  • Coordinate across teams and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Oversee and facilitate BRD sign-off, SIT, UAT, and Go-Live processes.
  • Monitor and evaluate project team performance.
  • Act as the primary liaison between technical teams and business/clients.
  • Follow up and ensure the completeness of billing documentation (invoices, BAST, acceptance reports, etc.).
  • Track and follow up on project billing and payments according to milestones.
  • Coordinate with finance teams and clients regarding billing and payment status.
  • Identify potential risks or issues and escalate when necessary.

  • Detail-oriented and committed to project timelines and billing targets.
  • Adaptive to shifting priorities and fast-paced environments.
