Role Summary

Noble Asia is looking for an experienced
Finance & Office Manager
with strong leadership skills who can oversee financial operations within Noble Asia Group while ensuring smooth day-to-day and administrative activities.

This role will manage a small team (Finance, HR/GA, and IT), act as a strategic partner to management, and ensure the company's financial health, operational efficiency, and compliance with Indonesian regulations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare the company's budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
  • Develop monthly cash flow projections and manage cash flow according to the company's needs
  • Responsible for preparing accurate and timely financial statements
  • Ensure compliance with company financial policies and applicable regulations
  • Prepare tax planning and manage monthly/annual tax reports in accordance with prevailing regulations
  • Coordinate with auditors and relevant stakeholders during the audit process, and follow up on audit findings and action plans
  • Supervise the daily tasks of the Finance, HR/GA, and IT teams
  • Review and oversee the processing of monthly payroll
  • Support HR/GA in employee benefits administration and comply with labor-related financial obligations
  • Develop and implement the company's Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of working experience in Finance; Office/IT supervision experience is a plus
  • Strong understanding of financial reporting, taxation, and audit processes
  • Strong leadership and coordination skills
  • Basic knowledge of office IT systems (basic troubleshooting, networking)
  • Proficient in Core Tax, Excel and accounting software (Accurate or similar)
