About the role

As a Finance Officer at PT J Resources Nusantara you will be responsible for processing and managing accounts payable transactions for the organization. This full-time role is based in South Jakarta, Jakarta.

What you'll be doing

  1. Reviewing and processing vendor invoices, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and procedures
  2. Maintaining and reconciling accounts payable records and statements
  3. Liaising with internal departments and vendors to resolve any payment discrepancies or issues
  4. Assisting with the preparation of accounts payable reports and financial statements
  5. Providing support for month-end and year-end close processes
  6. Adhering to all relevant accounting standards, regulations and internal controls

What we're looking for

  1. Relevant tertiary qualifications in accounting, finance or a related field
  2. Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in accounts payable or a similar finance role in mining industry
  3. Strong knowledge of accounts payable processes, invoice management and vendor relations
  4. Excellent attention to detail and numerical accuracy
  5. Proficient in using accounting software and MS Office applications
  6. Good communication and interpersonal skills
  7. Ability to work effectively in a team and meet deadlines
