Sebagai Field Collections, Anda akan bertanggung jawab untuk melakukan penagihan langsung ke lokasi nasabah yang memiliki tunggakan pembayaran. Posisi ini menuntut keterampilan komunikasi yang baik, ketegasan, dan kemampuan negosiasi dalam menyelesaikan kewajiban pembayaran nasabah.

Kualifikasi :

  • Pendidikan min. D3 (semua jurusan)
  • Pengalaman sebagai Field Collections (recovery/remedial) min. 1 tahun
  • Tidak memiliki catatan buruk pada BI Checking (mandatory)
  • Memiliki kendaraan bermotor dan SIM C aktif
  • Terbiasa bekerja dengan target dari perusahaan
  • Mampu bekerja secara mandiri dan berorientasi pada target
  • Siap bekerja di lapangan dan memiliki semangat kerja tinggi
  • Handle untuk wilayah Jabodetabek/Jawa Barat (Bandung dan sekitarnya termasuk Cirebon & Cimahi)
