Get to Know the Team

The Partner Engagement team is a dedicated group responsible for managing Grab's 4W rental operations. Our mission is to strengthen partner relationships through strategic engagement programs that increase retention, ensure sustainable growth, and bring meaningful impact to the company.

Get to Know the Role

The Partner Engagement Associate will support projects to strengthen driver-partner engagement and loyalty. You will focus on implementing programs and communications that improve partner experience, retention, and satisfaction. You will work with the Partner Management, Marketing, and Operations teams to ensure and impactful engagement touchpoints. You will work onsite in our Bali Office and report to the Manager.

The Critical Tasks You Will Perform

  • Support implementation of engagement and retention programs for driver-partners.
  • Coordinate communication campaigns, both online and offline, to improve partner connection and awareness.
  • Manage program logistics such as event preparation, partner communications, and reward distribution.
  • Monitor program performance and prepare reports or insights for review.
  • Collect feedback and collaborate with other teams to enhance the partner journey.
Qualifications

What Essential Skills You Will Need

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in engagement, community management, or customer relations.
  • Prior exposure to stakeholder management, capability to connect with diverse partners.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with data and reports. Team player who has a strong ownership.
  • Passionate about improving partner experience and sustainable partnership
