As an
Customer Success Manager
, you will be both a campaign driver and a trusted advisor to our clients. Beyond ensuring smooth campaign delivery, you will act as a consultant and thinking partner, helping clients achieve measurable business outcomes, uncover growth opportunities, and build long-term partnerships. This role blends campaign and project management excellence with client success, revenue growth, and retention, making you a key player in driving value for both our clients and the company.

Key Responsibilities
:

Client Partnership & Consulting

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for our key clients, building strong and trusted relationships through daily touchpoints, weekly reviews, and quarterly strategic planning (if applicable)
  • Act as a consultant and thinking partner, and not just an order-taker. Help them identify the right marketing KPIs, uncover growth opportunities, and propose influencer campaign strategies for maximum impact
  • For retainer and long-term clients, conduct quarterly business reviews (MBRs or QBRs) to present performance insights, market trends, and recommendations for future campaigns

Revenue Growth & Retention

  • Maintain accurate client records, proactively tracking renewals, upsells, and cross-sell opportunities
  • Deeply understand our products and services to propose tailored solutions that align with client goals and drive incremental revenue

Campaign Fulfilment & Delivery

  • Translate client objectives into clear campaign briefs with agreed deliverables and timelines
  • Oversee campaign execution, monitor KPIs in real time, and ensure campaigns are delivered on time, on scope, and with excellence
  • Prepare post-campaign reports, lead debrief sessions with clients, and translate learnings into actionable next steps

Insight & Market Intelligence

  • Monitor market and competitor trends, translating insights into actionable strategies for clients
  • Collaborate closely with Sales and Marketing teams to align campaigns with broader business objectives
  • Contribute ideas for continuous process and operations improvement to elevate client satisfaction and efficiency

Problem Solving & Escalation

  • Anticipate client challenges, resolve issues proactively, and escalate problems when necessary
  • Act as a trusted advisor who not only solves problems but also recommends long-term strategies to prevent recurrence

Requirements
:

Experience & Background

  • 3–5 years of experience in account management, customer success, or client-facing roles (preferably in influencer marketing agencies)
  • Proven ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously and strong track record of consistently delivering results

Skills & Capabilities

  • Strong consultative and problem-solving skills, able to accurately translate client briefs and challenges into actionable plans and solutions
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and build trust
  • Data-driven mindset: comfortable with campaign performance analysis, deriving insights, and turning them into recommendations
  • Strong project management skills with attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
  • Adaptable and proactive, with the ability to anticipate client needs before they become issues
