Who are we:

Talent Growth is a platform that bridges education and workforce through global virtual internship for Indonesia's university students. Since 2021, Talent Growth has partnered with 100+ companies across Indonesia, Malaysia, and Singapore and engaged with total 70,000+ students (and it keeps growing) and 2,900+ community members. We are also the official Indonesia representative for NTU OEP (Nanyang Technological University Overseas Entrepreneurship Program) to help channel NTU students for summer internship at Indonesia's startups.

What you will do:

  • Handle end-to-end media campaigns and content creation using TikTok (from observing trends/references, brainstorming, planning, to execution & evaluating).
  • Manage volunteers in creation of video contents to grow TikTok audiences, including reviewing their draft contents.
  • Produce fresh and engaging video contents (3 contents per week) to grow TikTok audiences.
  • Gather insight, action plan, and generate report by utilizing social media tools.

You are a fit if:

  • Prior experience in Tiktok content review is a huge plus
  • Broad knowledge of social media trends, landscape, platforms, and technologies
  • Skilled in content creation for TikTok
  • Strong content & copywriting skills
  • Fluency in English
  • Creative
  • Ability to communicate ideas clearly
  • Data-driven mindset & strong analytical abilities
